How many diapers come in a box?
The number of diapers per box varies depending on the size you choose. Here's a quick breakdown:
- NB: 216 diapers - Best for Newborns
- Size 1: 216 diapers - ideal for smaller babies.
- Size 2: 192 diapers - perfect for growing babies.
- Size 3: 168 diapers - a great fit for active toddlers.
- Size 4: 144 diapers - designed for larger toddlers who might have accidents.

How long does a box of your diapers typically last?
Alppi boxes are designed to keep your little one comfy for around a month, but growth spurts happen! Enjoy the flexibility to adjust your delivery schedule based on your needs. Simply hop into your Account page or send us a quick email at hello@alppibaby.com. We're happy to help!
Shipping
How much is shipping?
We provide free shipping for all orders above $15 within the United State, except Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
What is the estimated delivery time for orders?
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed. Delivery times can range from 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
How do I find my tracking code?
Your tracking code will be e-mailed to you. If you do not receive any tracking details within 3 working days from the order date, please reach out to us via hello@alppibaby.com. Take note that you might not be able to locate your parcel immediately after receiving your tracking code. Our partners will require sometime to register your shipment status.

Returns
What is your return policy?
We prioritize the well-being of all our customers, and for hygiene and safety considerations, we can only accept returns for items that remain unopened and in their original packaging. How do I initiate a return or exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange, simply email us at hello@alppibaby.com. Please provide your order number and briefly explain the reason for your request. Our customer service team will be happy to guide you through the process, which typically involves:
- Downloading and completing a return form.
- Scheduling a return pick-up
- Waiting for the item(s) to be received and reviewed by our team.
Do you offer refunds or store credit for returned items?
We offer both refunds and store credit for returned items, depending on your preference and the reason for your return:
- For eligible returns due to our error (damaged or incorrect items), you can choose between a full refund to your original payment method or store credit equal to the purchase price.
- For change of mind returns, you will receive store credit equal to the purchase price minus the return shipping fee.
What happens if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We apologize if you received a damaged or incorrect item! To ensure a quick resolution, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@alppibaby.com. We will promptly arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. Please be sure to provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item and your order number to expedite the process.
Changing or cancelling Subscription
How do I change/cancel my order?

What happens if I need diapers sooner?
Need diapers sooner? We've got you covered! You can either place a one-time purchase or trigger your next subscription delivery to speed up its arrival. It's totally flexible!
I accidentally keyed in the wrong/incomplete address when I checked out. What do I do?
Please reach out to us immediately. E-mail us at hello@alppibaby.com with your order number and the correct address.
Once item is shipped out from our warehouse, we are unable to change the address. But it's not the end of the world! Please reach out to us so we could work it out with our shipping partners.
