Q: How many sizes can I pick at a time?

As many as you like, but we would recommend selecting 2 different sizes if you are unsure about the fit.

Q: How do I return the monthly box if it doesn't fit?

Reach out to us at hello@alppibaby.com with an image of the unopened box, we would provide you with a printable return label.

Then, simply print out the return label and attach it to the monthly box, drop off the package to the nearest pickup point, and you are all set!

Q: What if the sizes I want is out of stock?

If the sizes you want is out of stock, you can sign up to be notified when it is back in stock. But we would also recommend getting the next bigger size as babies grow quickly before you know it.

Q: Why do you collect payments? Isn't this free?

Q: How long will my refund process?

Typically, after we have received the return parcel, we would examine if it's in unboxed condition.
